Regatta The Icon is an exclusive residential project with an oceanic theme and waterfront living concept on the fringe of the Jakarta’s peninsula. This building developed by Badan Kerjasama Mutiara Buana, which is a Joint Venture company between Intiland Development and PT Global Ekabuana.

A new luxury complex is being built in Jakarta, Indonesia, on the Java Sea coast and should include 11 buildings, along with an Aqua Park. The preview looks more than amazing, much interesting than Dubai is. the Regatta project is certainly one of the best structures you will come across.

Situated adjacent to north Jakarta’s most prestigious residential district, Regatta (Italian for ‘boat race’) looks set to change the face of urban development in the Indonesian capital. As one of the big real estate company, Regatta the Icon has developed a distinctively designed real estate nearby a water front of Pantai Mutiara area and  completed will span over an 11 hectares land and include a development of a hotel tower, 10 apartments tower, an aqua park and two serviced apartments making it the largest waterfront residential in Indonesia and possibly the most luxurious, and positioned the estate as the next world icon to be.
