The Cube is a unique and innovative landmark tower that will occupy a prime location within Dubai Sports City. The Cube Condo Residence is the first German developed, designed and contracted tower to be built in Dubai and the world’s first integrated athletics, sports and lifestyle venue. The project stands apart – starting with its “cubic” design. The brain-child of renowned German architectural firm, Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT Engineering GmbH).
The Cube’s exterior ‘green’ satinized glass façade compounds the core essence of this structure - be one with your surroundings. Every apartment boasts its own large private balcony that beckons a life al fresco, a life that gives a whole new meaning to ‘bringing the outside in’.
International German contractor, BMG - now based in Dubai as BMG Middle East Development LLC - works to the highest standards. Its head, Gerd Wulhert is now based in Dubai to ensure the construction of The Cube. He said: “Our qualified and specialized engineers have the long term experience necessary to deliver a successful conclusion to large scale projects such as The Cube.”
The Cube’s 26 floors will house 289 apartments ranging from 71 to 410 square meters. All residences come unfurnished, but for those homeowners interested in simply moving in with their suitcases, The Cube offers three interior design styles guaranteed to suit the most discerning taste. The Modern Classic Style is reflective of the German Bauhaus period where cool lines meet with leather, glass and stainless steel. The Fresh Style offers a more contemporary and young look pairing both Italian and German influences. The third and final design option is The Luxury Style oozing sheer glamour through the use of sumptuous fabrics and elegant shades.
