Film is a combination of true record and human imaginary perception with the involvement of arts, technology, and mass communication substance. Film can fulfill taste, behavior, meaning, understanding, and human consciousness, nation, life purpose, all of those were caused by deep sense and feeling.
Ah_SWaJ Cinema Facility has mission in it’s existence that is collapsing
THEME AND PLANNING CONCEPT
IV. 1. THEME STUDY
Chosen theme for this final task object is Interpretation Complexity.
Complexity: contains a few crucial, complicated, difficult (KBBI);
Interpretation: Giving perception, idea, or view about something (KBBI);
Ah_SWaJ Interpretation Complexity: Architecture view about a deadlock of a complicated variable, for then looked for the solution of the complexity it self.
4.1 IV. 2. THEORIES PROVIDE THE BASIS FOR THEME
Frank O Gehry: “I want people to have emotion if they see my creation, whether if it’s angry, confuse, wonder, or happy…”
Iconography (Alejandro Zaero Polo): “an architect can use an image out of our image culture and use it in his design.”
Neo Modern Planning Technique (Josep Prijotomo):
Explosive Space: Looked from the meaning of the word ‘explosive’ that means blow up and ‘space’ that means room, so that explosive space means room that blow up, room that spread out. It can be said that in this space managing technique, explosive space is technique that can perform ‘messy’ nuance on a building.
Frenzied Cacophony: Frenzied Cacophony is form creation technique that gathers or composes form substances in an impropriety and also hysterical creation. Simply, planned form performs existence of composition that from aesthetical custom it is categorized not harmonious, dominances each other, and ‘messy’.
A film that will be a good creation is not only from it production process, but also things out of it; like rehearsal, editing, fund gathering, casting, etc. that classified as ‘complicated variable’.
As the top of deconstruction that also stops explosive space process, building top two floors that contains Ah_SWaJ office and President Penthouse is formed with Frenzied Cacophony technique. In other words, in the building there is formation activity from inside and then holding from the outside; planning from inside to above becomes outside planning.
So that Ah_SWaJ Cinema Facility is not only giving place, but also as film activity media that gives self trust, creativity, bravery, so people can have preparation and spirit to compete. Those all can be got from feeling the film world complexity into each person individual.
IV. 4. Planning Concept Transformation
Then we do deconstruction process to those variables. Studio used for shooting is the part of production process, while other rooms are out of it. In planning, explosive space technique is used, so that the contain of room can perform extreme, as real form of ‘the complexity’ based on theme that it’s not only seen, but more to feel.
After planning process is finished, then the next is filling the room as the necessity on chapter II.3.
Four shooting studios will be placed at the black box part. To carry equipments those will be entered to studio 2 and 4 which are on third floor/second floor studio. Things that carried out from the vehicle on the basement are put into dolly/basket, that then move above using baggage elevator.
Chosen room system is: You’ve done with your business, and then you can leave this place. On example second floor, from the elevator, customers will directly go to the place as their purpose, and after it has been done, they can soon go home.
